This is a 3rd floor rental unit in our family home. The unit has its own access located at the side of the house. The primary bedroom is large with a good size closet. The den has slanted ceilings on one half of the room but is an ideal size for an office or extra living space. 

The main living space is equipped with a ductless heat pump. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit.

Open to short term or long term rentals.
