5 apartments available for the month of January only. They are all one bedrooms. Location is 1023 Bland Street, South end, near universities, hospitals, grocery stores and bus routes. I have video walk throughs of each unit on my YouTube channel called Haliflats. They are all furnished and I have been renting them for $62 a night on Airbnb, including internet. Since Airbnb charges extra fees I am happy to rent for less off the Airbnb platform. As the building has an accepted offer on it, there may still be some interruptions with 24 hours notice like bank appraisals, inspections, and and the price reflects this.
