I currently have a private bedroom/bathroom for rent in my 2 bed + den apartment in downtown Dartmouth - a 5 minute walk to Alderney Landing and the Halifax ferry. 
Rent is $1400, all utilities included. Underground parking is currently available for an extra $80 per month, and free on street parking is available as well. The apartment can come furnished or unfurnished. 
My fiancé and I are two young professionals who work mainly from home. We are quiet and like to keep our home neat and tidy - so we are looking for someone to share our space who would have similar characteristics!
