This bright, fully furnished attic bedroom is available for rental on a weekly or monthly basis ($1400 per month, $800 biweekly, or $550 per week). The room is large and furnished with a comfortable queen bed, desk, armchair, dresser, and large closet with lots of room for luggage storage. There is also a heat pump for heating and air conditioning. All utilities (electricity, water, wifi) are included, as are bedding and towels. I really value having a clean space and want to ensure you feel at home and comfortable here. 

The bathroom is one level down from your room and is shared, though has storage space for you to use. All of the common spaces are for your use as well, including the living room, dining room, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen. I love to cook and am happy for you to use pantry ingredients, spices, olive oil etc.. 

The house is super conveniently located to get to downtown Halifax and the universities and hospitals (within 20-30 minutes on foot). It is steps from a bus stop for the #1, and within a 5 minute walk of stops for the #2, 3, 24, and 90. There is a Sobeys grocery store 5 minutes away by foot and lots more food options within a 15 minute walk. There is ample free street parking.
