Bike routes and buses are convenient from this location. Unit is furnished and includes power and wifi. Street parking is available by permit. Not pet friendly. Room for Rent

My name is Luke, and I am a 25-year-old PhD student at Dalhousie looking for another male graduate student (e.g., law, medical, MSc, PhD) to share a 2-bedroom apartment in the South End. The apartment has an incredible location—a 5-minute walk from the Sexton campus (including the Sexton weight room), a 20-minute walk from the Studley campus, and is right beside the #7 bus stop and the South End Superstore. The rent is $825/month each and includes heat and hot water. Internet and electricity are separate and amount to about $110/month per person. I park my car in a nearby lot for $125/month.

The apartment includes a fridge, stove, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, large windows and a balcony. The vacant room currently has a bedframe and mattress but this will be removed. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and sociable. The move-in date would be July 1st, or as soon as possible. My former roommate just moved to a job in another city so this would be a lease transfer that would renew on September 1st for a one-year lease.
