Hi; We are Scott and Michelle and we would love to welcome you to our 1 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment in the North end of Halifax. We live upstairs with no kids and one miniature dachshund. We are considerate, reasonable people looking to rent to someone similar-minded. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and safe with quick access to everything peninsular Halifax has to offer. The apartment has a separate entrance and is partially above grade. We want you to have a comfortable stay while we host you!

No parking spot provided (street parking is available)
