Sunny room with your own large private deck, on the second floor of a two-story house. Comes fully furnished: queen-sized bed and bedding, side table, chair and clothes rack.

The house is from the late 1800s and has character. Big backyard with a fire pit. Spacious kitchen with all the things needed for whipping up gourmet meals for your new roomies! Shared bathroom, living room and dining room. Small amount of storage space available in the unfinished basement. The house is not suitable for people with accessibility needs (bathroom and bedroom are located on second floor).

Fantastic location, just outside of downtown Dartmouth, near the Macdonald bridge. 15-minute walk to the ferry, 5-minute walk to the bridge terminal and grocery stores.

Street parking is available for free. Winter parking can be arranged with neighbors if there is a snow event and the parking ban is on.

Asking $1000.00, utilities and wifi included. We also supply cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and some cooking supplies (oil, vinegar, spices).

Seeking:
One person. Mature professional who works/studies during the day. Independent, but enjoys some social time. Queer friendly. Non smoker. No strong scents. No pets, must be comfortable with dogs.

About us:
Queer couple with two dogs (loud but friendly). The neighbourhood is social, so we often have people dropping in to visit, including for art and boardgame nights. On weekends, we’re out visiting family and friends, or enjoying the great outdoors with our dogs, and host the occasional dinner party.
