I have a nice spacious (187 square feet) room for rent in the basement of my cozy and welcoming storey and a half house. The rent is $250 a week and includes internet, heat, hot water, power and laundry. You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room that you will share with me. I’m a 46 year old queer female who works from home in a healthcare related field. I’m friendly, very helpful, a good communicator, quiet and keep my home tidy. I have two cats. I don’t vape or smoke, so don’t allow those in my home. My home is near two city transit bus routes that go to the hospitals. There is on street parking available, except when the winter parking ban is on (which is only during a winter storm). There may be parking in the driveway available, during the parking ban.
