Room for Rent in a Storey and a Half House (short term)

I have a spacious and cozy furnished room (it's 187 square feet) in the basement of my house that's available for rent on a short term basis.  The room includes a double bed, dresser, night stand, desk, book case, small table, rocking chair, kettle and a coffee maker.  My house is a story and a half house in the Armdale area of Halifax in a quiet neighbourhood (2 minutes from the Armdale Rotary - near Osborne St and the Herring Cove Road).  It's on two city transit bus routes. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared with me (I'm a 46 year old queer female, who works in a healthcare related field and I work from my home on the top floor of the house).  I'm generally quiet, friendly, helpful, a good communicator and keep my home tidy.  There's access to a washer and dryer in the basement.  I have two cats (one is friendly and the other one is timid).  I do not accept any other pets in my place, where I already have two cats. 

Rent is $250 a week and includes internet, hot water, power and oil heat. There is on street parking available, except during the winter parking ban ( which is only in effect during winter storms).  Driveway parking may be an option, if needed.  There is no smoking or vaping allowed.
