Fully furnished living room, bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom with shower.  Separate entrance.  Shared laundry. 
 
Looking for short term (1-2 weeks) tenants only.  Must be a Medical Student doing a 2 week rotation.  No pets. Street parking only. 
 
Rent includes wifi, TV with ROKU, heat, water, electricity, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker.  Weekly rentals only.  $350/week. Single occupancy.
