Only a 20min bus ride in heavy traffic, 5–10-minute drive by car to downtown Halifax.  Free street parking is available without permit. House is home to young health care professional and her 10-year-old friendly and quiet Boston Terrier. Gorgeous little Fort Needham Park and trendy Hydrostone neighbourhood are within a 10–15-minute walk, with lots of great restaurants and local shopping available.  Photos available upon request.
