Summer Sublet (May 21- August 21)

Hello! I am subletting my room in a large (1250 sq ft) 2 BDRM 2 bathroom apartment in downtown Halifax. This is a fully furnished setup available from May 21- August 21 2023. Excellent location, walking distance to everything you need. 5 min walk to the waterfront, less than 10 mins to the VG and IWK, 15 mins the QE II. There is also underground parking and even a surfboard that can be borrowed if you want to give the summer waves on the east coast a try. Last but not least, this unit comes with a certified good guy as a roommate (PGY1 Internal)  who may even treat you to handmade pasta if you are lucky. If you have any questions about the place please send me a message! Shorter term stays can be also be arranged. $1100/month or $600/ 2 weeks.
