Summer Sublet (May29th- July 17th)

I am looking to sublet my room between May 29th and July 17th. I live in a clean, sunny three-bedroom apartment at Queen St. and South St. (central location, close to campus, hospitals, major bus routes and the downtown core) with two quiet, neat roommates (1 man and 1 woman). The apartment has a large living area and a deck. My room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, as well as dresser and closet space. ​

I am asking for $1225 for the entire 7 weeks but would also be happy to sublet for shorter periods within that time frame ($700/month).
