This is a medium sized room with bed, computer desk, library table, small closet, and drawer space, shared bathroom (hand-held shower,) limited kitchen and laundry use.
Rent includes heat, water, electricity, and wi-fi. We are a recycling/composting and non-smoking household, and we wear masks when sharing space. On-street parking permit is available. (Off-street winter parking is not included.)

Location is near bus routes, handy to universities and grocery stores, walking distance to hospitals, and very close to a number of restaurants.
