The Business of Medicine

The Business of Medicine seminars teach skills to complement the formal medical curriculum.  Sponsored by Doctors Nova Scotia, the Family Medicine Interest Group and the DMSS, the seminars discuss strategies for managing finances, legal issues, and the logistics of managing a private practice.  Below are recorded sessions and slide sets from presentations held on March 27 and April 1, 2013.  All speakers are happy to be contacted if you have further interest; their contact information is also provided below.  Additional seminars are available for download on the Doctors Nova Scotia website (see the "Business of Medicine" tab and "Courses" sub-link after logging on with your DoctorsNS account).
