About DalhousieDalhousie is the largest university in the Maritime Provinces, with almost 17 000 students enrolled. Dal has a great reputation nationally and internationally, attracting great faculty and research funding, especially in the Faculty of Medicine.
Dal stretches across much of Halifax's south end, and is split into 3 campuses. Med students spend the majority of time on Carleton campus, which is home to most of the health sciences faculties. The Sir Charles Tupper Building is home to our lecture halls, tutorial rooms, and anatomy labs. The Collaborative Health Education Building (CHEB) is home to our state of the art skilled clinician mock examination rooms, and where most students study for upcoming exams. |
